8 week guided, cognitive, mindfulness practice to help become aware of our destructive thinking, emotions and behaviors. All will benefit. This is not a program exclusively for those with diagnosed addictions. Its a mindfulness practice that helps us notice our unhelpful thought patterns and the emotions, body sensations and eventually behaviors that they can produce.
