Welcome to my website! My intention and prayer is to offer a space where I can share the experience, strength and hope I have received through my journey. I have heard many times that the only way we can keep our gifts, is to share them with others. And I have been gifted beyond measure.
The services, suggestions and opinions I offer come from my own person- al experience. I’m not licensed to counsel, diagnose or write prescriptions. But, I have lived a very full life, made many choices (both good and bad), mastered the art of getting back up and have learned that my human- ness is the classroom for my Spirituality.

Whether it's connecting with oneself, a partner, or a group, these sessions foster meaningful relationships and mutual understanding.
Through focused practices, participants cultivate mindfulness, enhancing their awareness of the present moment and reducing stress.
Engaging in these classes and workshops provides a supportive community, ensuring that everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
Yoga is a journey of self-investigation, self-transformation, and self-realization. Its practices and lifestyle aim to integrate the body, mind, heart, and spirit and awaken students to their innate wholeness and connectedness to all things.
Welcome and congratulations, as you have taken an earnest and important step in your spiritual journey. I too, did the same 8 years ago. As a newly divorced woman with 2 grown sons entering my 50’s, I sensed that there was more to life than the one I was living. After a profound spiritual awakening experience, I began to question, seek and ask for guidance. The paths that I have found most helpful in my own journey have been the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, Christian Mysticism, Buddhism, yoga, the enneagram, centering prayer and mindfulness. The gifts of spiritual direction that were given to me, I humbly offer to others. – Tyler Dawn
What is spiritual direction?
A trained listener sits with another to take a long, loving look at what is real, to seek freedom from bondage, to savor and celebrate with the Holy, to discover a deeper meaning and purpose in life.
Why spiritual direction?
As human beings created for community, we are better listeners in the presence of others. Spiritual directors are compassionate companions trained to hold space for the Holy to emerge. -Rev. Dr. Lil B. Smith Perkins School of Theology SMU Dallas, TX
Since starting Tyler’s yoga class, my flexibility has increased, and all my soreness seems to have vanished. The inward focus and understanding of my own body have been transformative.
Tyler is a gift to the practice of yoga. She lives and breathes her craft. She is a teacher, coach, and mentor to her students. Her message of movement and breath is paced to a flow that is relaxing, soothing, and stress-relieving. Simply put, Tyler is the best!
The thing I like the most during yoga is when Tyler reminds us to let go of any tension. Tyler’s class is pure yoga with breathing techniques and proper stretches.
Sante has been truly blessed to offer Y12SR through our program. We’re incredibly grateful for the joy and healing that Tyler brings to our patients.
During a Y12SR class, I felt myself surrender completely. My recovery was jumpstarted and true sobriety began for me there on a yoga mat.
Tyler's yoga classes are some of the best I've taken in my 20 years of practicing. She creates a personal connection with each person in the room.
